For over 60 years, the Taras Shevchenko School of Ukrainian Studies of Greater Washington has been dedicated to nurturing young people of Ukrainian descent, helping them grow in a Ukrainian environment, develop spiritually and culturally, and become leaders in the global Ukrainian community. Our mission is to provide an unforgettable educational experience while preserving the rich traditions of our heritage.
For more than a decade, our annual gala has celebrated Ukrainian culture, brought our community together, and supported the school’s programs. This year, we are especially proud to honor our Debutantes and welcome guests from near and far.
